PHI opens Royal Palms 4 model units in Panglao

In this generation when time and value for money rates high among one’s options, settling in an environment that is minutes away from everything is one decision that would least likely to regret.

This is the offer Primary Homes Incorporated (PHI) had in mind when it started its Royal Palms Quatro Project, which opened its model units April 30, in Biking Panglao.

With the famed sandy white beaches in tropical landscape well with-in walking distance, Royal Palms is strategically located in a “community that is developed with the resort ambiance in mind,” sums up Romero Espina, PHI Vice President for Sales and Marketing, during the unveiling of model units.

The fourth in the Royal Palm series, Royal Palms Quatro is also built within close proximity with other Royal Palms development in Panglao, and is the 4th of a series build in a decade.

And as a testament of their sturdy and sound design build, Royal Palms units in Bohol have been tough enough to withstand the 2013 earthquake and the recent onslaught of typhoon Odette, which peeled of roofs of nearly a hundred thousand houses in Bohol.

A quality property development product of the region’s multi-awarded home developers in a trio with Primary Structures Corporation, Primary Properties Corporation and Concrete Solutions for their custom concrete mixes, Royal Palms Quatro would be another ace in the sleeves for PHI’s over three decades of developing high quality products.
Already a recipient of international compact home designs that never sacrificed aesthetics with smart lay-out based on customer demands, Royal Palms in Panglao opened its model units to three single detached units standing in at least 120 square meters of lot and a floor area where one can choose from 56 square meters to 87 square meters of compact homes for every consumer needs.

MODEL UNITS

TURRIANO

Royal Palms Quatro opened its model Turriano, a 56 sqm single storey 3-bedroom unit with one toilet and bath, in a design that allows one to keep an eye on a toddler at play in the living room, while attending to kitchen duties.

Ideal for newly-weds, or those who plan to get engaged in the next few years, Royal Palm’s Turriano’s floor layout makes sure that each one in the house would have a private niche to retreat to, one that can also be retrofit into a room of one’s themed choice.

Turriano can be had at P3.1M.

HERMOSO

Royal Palm’s Hermoso is a beauty in itself.

A single storey detached unit with an 81 square meter floor area that features a layout that does away with step-ups for those who have the shuffle in their steps, or this is smartly designed for the elderly who lives with the typical Filipino family, the Hermoso is a three-bedroom single floor unit with two toilet and bath provisions, ideal also for a retirement retreat house.

And when it is closer to the beaches, the airport or Bohol’s business hubs, Hermoso settlers are heaped up in options for its extra bedroom for vacationing relatives.

Primary Homes Inc. sells the single-storey Hermoso at P 4.4M onwards.

PALACIOS GRANDE

Owing to its two storey design lay-out, Palacios Grande is another value-for money palatial product that suits the needs of a growing family with a fine taste of the good and comfortable private life.

With three bedrooms occupying the second floor, two bedrooms with balcony provision and a shared toilet and bath on the second floor, Palacios Grande is also equipped with another bedroom in the ground floor and a cute layout that fits an 87 sqm in the ground floor and doubles up with the second floor.

Palacios Grande can be had from P4.3 M onwards.

OTHER PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

In Bohol, Primary Homes Inc is also into a condominium development in Royal OceanCrest Panglao, a multi-billion property development with construction now on-going in San Isidro Dauis, also in Panglao Island.

ON that same day PHI opened its model units in Royal Palms Quatro in Biking, Dauis, it also opened its business office at the second floor of the east wing of the Island City Mall, in Tagbilaran. (rahc/PIA_7/Bohol)
